Property Development Finance

Funding packages up to 100% of costs are available for experienced developers. Higher leverage results in increased finance costs, but potentially means undertaking larger schemes, whereas lower leverage usually enhances profit to the developer.

Property Investment Finance

The appetite to lend for Residential or Commercial Investment Properties is determined by income levels derived from the asset(s). Typically, Loan to Values of up to 75% are achievable. Interest only and repayment facilities are also available.

Short Term Loans

This is a good solution for developers looking for short term cash injections to unlock other transactions. It can also be used by developers to refinance completed projects and acquire new sites. Typically these loans are a little more expensive but they offer a solution where time is of the essence and for short periods of time where there is a defined exit.

How to find us

​Our office is at Quadrant House North in Croydon Road, Caterham. Please note we are at the North Entrance NOT the Quadrant House South Entrance. The entrance to the office is directly adjacent to Magnet kitchens in the High Street.

 

Where to Park

There is on street free parking for 1 hour in Croydon Road directly in front of the offices. Alternatively you can park in Waitrose Car Park immediately behind the office free for 90 minutes. There is also 3 hours of free parking in Morrison's supermarket in Church Walk CR3 6SD a few minutes walk.

How to get here

By train - Caterham Rail Station is immediately behind the offices with services from East Croydon and London Bridge.

By Car - We are 2 minutes off the A22 and less than 5 minutes from J6 of the M25
